Switch between platforms
I have been dealing with a long-term problem with the game constantly crashing on the Xbox Series S. I have not heard from the developers for over a month. Just like I have problems with stigmas. According to information from players in the game, the fact that the game crashes regularly is a problem that is not exceptional and happens to all players on Xbox. I'm considering switching to Playstation so I don't have to constantly worry about waiting hours for a dungeon and as soon as I find a group I port in, the game crashes and before I get back I'm kicked out of the group. I have thousands of hours logged in the game and I would hate to lose my progress. Can someone advise me, is there a way to transfer from Xbox to Playstation, or is the data under the e-mail, so if I have the same login e-mail on the Playstation, will my data be there? Thanks in advance for your help.

No way. U will lose everything. Don’t wait for tera answer, they just take money from us and they don’t give support.

It’s probably the lack of packets your console is receiving. Have you port-forwarded ports to your Xbox for Tera to run smoothly? It’s for your router that controls the NAT type that allows online gameplay.
